Dan O’Shea is the Managing Partner and founder of Channel Mark Investments since its inception in late 2009. Dan is responsible for evaluating global investment opportunities and closing seed and A rounds. Dan’s expertise are in business intelligence, procurement, corporate strategy and implementation of turnaround activities. He served a distinguished career for the New York City Police Department (NYPD) as a highly decorated Anti-Terrorism Intelligence Analysis and Undercover Officer prior to embarking on his business career. He stills lends his skills within the cybersecurity industry – serving both the public and private sectors.

Brendan O’Shea is the President of Business Development at Channel Mark Investments. He is a omnipresent thinker that combines creativity with pragmatic business solutions. His focus is in creating mutually beneficial business relationships with brands and leading digital agencies.
Chief Marketing Officer
Mark Koch is a unique multi talented resource with broad experience. He builds designs, projects and teams, produces, leads, manages, and influences successful development. He contributes creative solutions on projects at any scale from small R&D efforts up to assisting large scale development teams.
Chief Financial Officer
John Reilly leads financial planning and operations at Channel Mark. He is a finance professional with a record of supporting the strategic development and growth of emerging companies. He has 30+ years of experience within tech, media, and telecommunications. He holds a Masters in Business and is a CPA.

Maria Gonzalez is a seasoned company builder who has spearheaded early customer acquisition, go-to-market strategies, and business logistics for numerous startups. She concentrates her efforts on the day-to-day operations, continued operational improvements, and strategic growth of this organization. Her business background is ideal in helping to improve efficiency in company initiatives
Sal DiFazio has more than 30 years as a leading practicing attorney, Sal is responsible for Channel Mark’s legal, intellectual property, corporate governance and regulatory activities across the company’s expanding operations. He has extensive experience assisting technology, Internet, and sports and entertainment industry clients with complex licensing issues, general contract issues, and corporate work. Additionally, DiFazio’s diverse legal background also includes having become a certified agent of the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the National Football League (NFL) where he has represented some of the most highly recognized names in sports in the negotiations of their contract and licensing deals.
