I am very sorry to say that as of 9/23/2009, I was
unsuccessful in renegotiating a new lower priced lease, and/or
convincing the landlord to be patient after paying him
almost $1,000,000 in rent/insurance/tax payments over 5 1/2
years, that would enable me to stay in business. I put my heart
and soul (and every last dime) into making this place one that we
could all relax, have fun and enjoy good
food.
