The Channel Mark offers waterfront dining at its
best - featuring two restaurants in one great location! Enjoy Tim’s Place: A Key
West-style restaurant and patio
bar serving fresh seafood, steaks, and pasta along with your
favorite drinks (serving from 11 am untill at least 12 am
daily). Or choose your
own Maine Lobster from our live tank at The Mark, our newly
remodeled upscale restaurant and Piano Bar (serving from 5 pm till
10 pm daily, reservations suggested). Live
entertainment offered in both
establishments!
Overlooking Hurricane Bay, we’re conveniently
located on San Carlos Island, easily accessible by boat or
car. You’ll
love
our beautiful waterfront view
!
The picturesque Hurricane Bay on which the Channel Mark is nestled
was named after a hurricane that ripped through Fort Myers Beach on
September 18, 1926. When the hurricane's fury had passed, the storm
had cut a deep channel across San Carlos Boulevard thus creating
Hurricane Pass (just to the North of the restaurant) and San Carlos
Island on which the Channel Mark is located. Recent Hurricanes
(August 2004) made it necessary for us to totally remodel the
restaurant and lounges.
